1. What materials are your magnets made from?

These products are made from either standard or reflective 30 mil magnetic material. They also come with a protective scratch and water-resistant laminate.

2. Can I have a photo printed on my magnet?

Yes, you may add photos, simply upload your file using our online design tool and create your cute picture product.

3. What are custom magnets commonly used for?

Virtually any design that is used for a sticker, decal, or label can also be easily made into a magnet. Versatile products and magnets can be used for whatever you imagine, from magnets for kids to decorate with to photo magnets for giving away at special occasions or car magnets advertising your vehicle all around your community.

4. Can I stick my magnetized pic everywhere?

Yes! you can place your magnet photos anywhere, as we have added a special tape on the back. This allows you to stick them either on the fridge or on a wooden surface, according to your preference.

5. How can I add multiple copies of the same photo?

• Click the “Add Photos” button on the product page and select the photos you like from your device. Crop them if needed.
• To add more copies of an already uploaded photo, simply click the “Add photos” button again and reselect the same photo. Repeat this step as many times as needed

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know using our contact us form. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
